Youth Programs

Kiwanis International is a "family" of organizations that focuses on teaching young children about the responsibilities of good citizenship, community service and building future leaders.

The Kiwanis Club of Bellevue sponsors four youth clubs:

  • Bellevue High Schook Key Club
  • International School Key Club
  • Interlake High School Key Club
  • Newport High School Key Club

Our sponsored youth groups independently initiate service projects and community service activities throughout the school year. In addtion, students and Kiwanians work side-by-side on projects such as the Highland Games, Bellevue Arts Fair, Annual Kiwanis Food Drive, and many other service project that benefit the local youth and our community.

We are so proud of our youth groups and their accomplishments which make our community a much better place to live. The activities listed below are a small portion of the many projects they are involved in:

  • 'Dance to Cure' raised $4,200 for the Kiwanis Children's Cancer Program
  • Raise funds for 125+ students to attend the yearly DCON (district convention) to meet other clubs and expand their service skills
  • Nominated and elected for District Key Club positions.
